Local Events

-Tai Chi Class- Tuesdays from 8:30-9:30 a.m. at Bluffs Park in Malibu with Mindy Sheps and Lotte Cherin. This Tuesday, November 7, is election day so, weather permitting, we will meet outside. If it is raining, the class will be cancelled.

-Tai Chi Class- Fridays from 8:00-9:00 a.m. at Bluffs Park in Malibu with Mindy Sheps.

-Chi Kung- Fridays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. with Joe Lopez currently located at Pt. Dume Marine School. Joe has been teaching one hour of quiet, healing, deeply energetic and calming Chinese breathing exercises (Chi Kung) in Malibu and Santa Monica for over 15 years. The class is looking for an indoor location somewhere between Pepperdine and North Malibu. If you can suggest a place, please let us know. E-mail taichix@gmail.com.
